We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first subscription payment. No questions asked. If BrifMe isn't right for you, we'll refund your money.

Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You are a first-time subscriber to a paid BrifMe plan
  • You request the refund within 30 days of your initial payment
  • You have not previously received a refund from BrifMe

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@brifme.com
  2. Include the email address associated with your BrifMe account
  3. State that you would like a refund

We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

After 30 Days

After the 30-day money-back guarantee period:

  • Refunds are provided at our sole discretion
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:

  • The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the full annual payment
  • After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
  • You may cancel to prevent renewal at the end of your annual term

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., multiple refund requests)
  • Fraudulent activity

Payment Processor

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are subject to Paddle's processing procedures. In some cases, you may see "Paddle.com" on your bank statement rather than "BrifMe".
